Container Gardening Ideas: Stack of Tires Used as a Planter!

Whatever your feelings are about ferns, you can't help but love them when somebody gets creative.

Here's something new to do with old tires:

1. Get four different-sized old tires.


2. Stack them up like one of those old-fashioned children's toys with the different sized plastic or wooden hoops.


3. Fill with soil.


4. Plant with something fun.

Now if this were my project, then I would definitely look for something a bit more interesting to put in this fun planter.

The ferns they chose are not even NICE ferns in my opinion! Just something green to make a point.

Imagine this with roses growing out of it. Or something blue and pretty. Or a proper container garden flower display -- that would be really special.
